Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we’re here to help—within the scope of the guidelines below.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
  • Original tags still attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, email us at endlessvisual@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for return.

Important: Do not send any items back before receiving return approval and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. You will be responsible for properly packaging the item(s) for return.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Digital products and downloads
  • Custom services or personalized items
  • Discounted or sale items
  • Gift cards

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our policy.


Exchanges 

To ensure you receive the product you want, we recommend placing a new order after your return is approved and processed. We do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges at this time.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

  • If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you have not received your funds, contact us at endlessvisual@gmail.com.
